Specifically, the vines are cultivated on steep terraced hills without the use of desiccants and chemical herbicides, and the harvest is done by hand around the third decade of September. The grapes are then gently pressed, and the resulting must undergoes \u003cstrong\u003ealcoholic fermentation in small French oak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e without temperature control. Complete malolactic fermentation and about 7 months of aging on the fine lees also take place in the same containers before the final bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eDario Coos Chardonnay has a deep straw yellow color with golden reflections. The \u003cstrong\u003ecomplex and elegant\u003c\/strong\u003e aromatic mosaic is composed of rich scents of ripe fruit, tropical fruit, melted butter, vanilla, and fine pastries. On the palate, the full body and creamy softness are excellently supported by brilliant freshness and a long, sapid-mineral finish.
