The classic varieties of the area are grown in the vineyards: Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. His wines result from careful agronomic management and minimal work in the cellar. The Nebbiolo vineyard is located at about 450 metres above sea level and is characterised by soils composed of grey limestone marl and reddish-yellow sands. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts and a submerged cap maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks.
