Amarone Classico Allegrini 2010

The Amarone Allegrini is simply a great wine. full stop. Bodied and powerful, complex, elegant and velvety. Thanks to the technique of drying the grapes, that after harvest, are allowed to rest for a period ranging from 3-4 months. Traditionally this wine is paired with dishes made ​​with game, grilled meats, stews and mature cheese.
