L’Ottocento Bianco by Giorgio Clai is a truly amazing wine, able to conquer for its complex fruity and sawmills aromas, dynamic and powerful. The wines of Giorgio Clai are so, unique bottles, which have the flavor and the poetry of Istria. In fact, in this Ottocento Bianco, there is all this: Istria and its vineyards come out strongly, aided by the hand of man that makes the terroir and the grapes in perfect condition to give us the best results. A real wine, natural and territory. A wine that is hard to categorize with the usual know labels. For its creation Giorgio working the land in full respect of nature: a lot of work in the vineyard and no use of chemicals, no systemic product, only copper and sulfur, more or less long maceration, indigenous yeasts and wood. A wine that tastes of tradition and respect for the land, as very few bottles are able to give us.
