Riesling 'Katzenthal' non filtrato Binner 2013

From the heart of Alsace, a Riesling that stands out for its elegance and naturalness, signed by the expert hands of the cellar Binner. This Katzenthal arises from biodynamic agronomy, with a somewhat reduced intake of sulfur, with the preference for native yeasts and total refusal to support any chemical in the vineyard or in the cellar. Is not filtered or clarified, with the objective of maintaining the characteristics and authentic perfumes of a Riesling of great value. Judging from the tasting, Binner has certainly won his challenge: Katzhental is a Riesling with intriguing minerality and seductive harmony. The intense notes of tropical fruit and candied fruit are well mixed with the freshness of a white wine successful in all respects. A wonderful Riesling.
